CUSTOMER SERVICE

At the Como Centre, the management team are proud to provide friendly customer service. Each team member is here to make your visit to the Como Centre as comfortable and easy as possible.

We’re here to help you with directions, accessible services such as toilets, car parking, parents rooms, public phones or any concerns or enquiries you may have.

LOST PROPERTY

Please direct your enquiries regarding any lost property to Centre Management on 03 8578 6504.  Any found items can be handed in to Concierge or to one of our friendly cleaning or security staff.

DISABLED FACILITIES

Wheelchair access to the centre is available from the Channel 10 entrance foyer off Chapel Street (around the corner from AVIS Australia). Disabled toilets are on Level 1, located in the corridor next to Lotus Health Wealth & Massage.

PARENTS ROOM

The Parents Room is located on Level 1 in the same toilet block as the men’s, ladies and disabled toilets.

    PUBLIC TRANSPORT

    The Como Centre has a number of public transport routes to choose from. The closest train station to the Como Centre, is the South Yarra station which is situated 500m west along Toorak road from the corner of Chapel Street. The number 8, 78 and 79 trams stop outside the Como Centre.

    There is also a TTY facility for passengers with hearing difficulties. Please call 03 9619 2727 for further details. 

    STREET PARKING

    Free street parking is available along Toorak Road, and Chapel Street, South Yarra.

    Please ensure that you observe the street signs as time limits and clearways are enforced by the City of Stonnington in these areas.
